Your right to complain

We supports your right to complain. You can complain about:

- the conduct or actions of individual Dotcom CyberNet appointees, or

- the practices and procedures at our outlet(s).

A complaint can be made even in circumstances where:

-  the conduct or actions of the appointee occurred inside or outside of our outlets

-  the appointee was off-duty and their conduct breaches the Dotcom CyberNet professional standards, or

-  the complainant cannot fully identify the Dotcom CyberNet appointee concerned.

    How to complain

    A complaint must be lodged directly with the Dotcom CyberNet. A complaint can be lodged by completing an online form

    Complaint process

    The Dotcom CyberNet Professional Standards portfolio is responsible for the oversight and investigation of all complaints received by the Dotcom CyberNet Management.

    All complaints relating to discourtesy, minor misconduct and under-performance issues will be actioned by managers within the workplace.

    All feedback or any suggestion will be forwarded to the appropriate departments for further action.
